Honestly, going early is your best bet. Like, ridiculously early. Think pre-dinner rush, maybe even lunchtime on a weekday if you can swing it. Seafood Paradise is popular. I've heard weekends are a total crapshoot for the black pepper squid – gone before you can even order a Tiger beer.
