Check the LTA website; they usually have the parking tariffs listed for all the public carparks. You should be able to find the exact rates there and hopefully calculate how much you owe. Totally get that. Hunger Games is a pretty accurate description! 11:30 am is ambitious though, my schedule is usually brutal. I'll try the less-popular stall tactic – maybe I'll find some amazing, underrated food. Thanks for the app tip too; I'll check if there's one.
