That's a good point about it being a recent addition. I hadn't thought of that. I will definitely try contacting the memorial directly – thanks for the suggestion! And yeah, a Singapore forum is a great idea. I figured someone else had to have stumbled across whatever it is...it's bugging me! The mystery is half the fun, I guess, but I’m hoping for a solution. The camouflage theory is pretty plausible though, that place is huge.
