That's really helpful, thanks! I hadn't considered it might just have been an off night. Three appetizers was a bit much, I'll admit. Maybe I should've stuck to two and a main course. Good point about the "tasting" versus "stuffing your face" thing – I totally get that now. I'll definitely check out some other places in Singapore, I'm here for a while yet. Any recommendations are welcome!
