Yeah, I've been there a couple of times. The food is undeniably fantastic, but the service… it's a lottery. Sometimes it's impeccable, attentive and charming. Other times, it's like they're running a one-man show with a cast of thousands...and that one guy is perpetually lost. I think it's just inconsistent, unfortunately. Not enough to stop me going back for those heavenly onion soup though. Worth the gamble, I guess.

Stayed there last month. The beds are comfy, that's true. Wifi was fine for work emails, nothing spectacular. Noise? It depends. My room faced the street, so some traffic noise was inevitable, especially at night. Nothing unbearable, but definitely noticeable if you're a light sleeper. Earplugs are probably a good idea, just in case. Honestly, I wouldn't lose sleep over it (pun intended!), but I wouldn't exactly call it a silent sanctuary either.
