Seriously? Years in Singapore and never heard of Sanny Park?! That's wild. I figured it was pretty obscure, hence the "secret" part. The National Museum and Arts Council are good suggestions, I hadn't thought of that. I've already tried wandering around – the locals I spoke to mostly just shrugged, which only fueled my obsession, lol. It's like a mini urban legend at this point.
