Yeah, you're probably right. I hadn't thought of it that way. Singapore is so clean, it's easy to jump to conclusions! I guess my imagination got the better of me. Still kinda weird though, that level of tidiness... almost too perfect. Maybe I'll just go back and take a closer look during the day, see if I can spot anyone.
