Good point about emailing them. I did think about that, but honestly, the whole experience left such a sour taste I just wanted to forget it. Roaming charges were insane! You're right about the city center too – next time I'm definitely prioritizing location over "value" (ha!). Lesson learned, I guess. Thanks for the advice!
