Wow, that's a good point about it being new! I hadn't thought of that. I'll definitely check the National Heritage Board's website – thanks for the tip. And contacting them directly is a smart idea too, I'll probably do that if the website doesn't shed any light on it. It's so strange, I felt like I explored every nook and cranny...
