Seafood Paradise Dilemma

fmd_good Seafood Paradise

So, I'm planning a trip to Singapore and Seafood Paradise is on my must-visit list. I've heard it's amazing, but I'm a bit of a picky eater... specifically, I hate cilantro. Does anyone know how they… more

Ugh, cilantro is the WORST. I feel you. I'm not sure if they'll explicitly state "no cilantro" on their menu, but given how popular the place is, they probably cater to a range of preferences. I'd still email them – it's a quick email, and it'll save you potential heartbreak. Worst case, they're unresponsive, and you can go in prepared to politely ask if they can hold the cilantro. Good luck! Let us know how it goes!

Rhu Cross Conundrum?

fmd_good Rhu Cross Car Park

I parked at Rhu Cross Car Park last week, heading to the beach. It's a pretty standard car park, nothing special, but I swear the whole place felt…off. Like, the air hung heavy, a weird stillness ev… more

Nah, you're not alone. Rhu Cross always had a bit of a… vibe. Not actively creepy, more like unsettlingly quiet. I used to work nearby and would often see it almost deserted even during peak hours. Never heard any specific ghost stories, but there's definitely a local feeling that something's… not quite right about the place. Maybe it's just the proximity to the sea, the way the wind whips through there. Gives you that slightly isolated feeling. It's definitely not your average car park.

Yeah, that's exactly it! Unsettingly quiet is perfect. I got the same feeling – like I was being watched, but couldn’t place it. It’s not even the buildings themselves, it’s the… atmosphere. Like a low hum of something you can’t quite hear. Maybe you’re right about the sea and wind; that definitely contributes to the overall eerieness. I've been there at night and it's a whole other level of creepy. Definitely not a place I'd want to be alone after dark.
