Wow, thanks! I hadn't thought about it being a recent addition... that's a good point. It's kinda… abstract. Not really a defined shape, more like… eroded swirls, almost like natural weathering but… deliberate? No symbols or letters, sadly. Just these oddly consistent grooves. I'll try describing it better; maybe a sketch would help. Good idea about the Singapore history forum, I hadn't considered that. I'll post a pic there. Fingers crossed someone knows something!
