Weird! Floral notes in French onion soup... that's a new one. Maybe they use a particular type of onion with a more delicate flavour profile? Or maybe some unusual herb in the broth? I've had their steak frites before – amazing – but never the soup. It's worth another try, just to see if it's consistent. Could have been a one-off thing, too. Some kitchens are just... inconsistent, ya know? Could also be the batch of onions they used that day. Let us know if you go back and try it again!

Honestly, the best photos are from the OCBC Skyway. It's a bit pricey, but you're above everyone else, so no crowds blocking your shot. Worth it for the uninterrupted views, especially at night. Forget hidden pathways; that's just a myth spread by people who want you to stumble around in the dark.
