Haha, the astrological signs thing is brilliant! I've had the same wildly different experiences. One time, it was like a Michelin-star experience, the next, I felt completely ignored. Maybe it depends on the day of the week? Or the phase of the moon? Seriously, it's such a bizarre inconsistency, I'm starting to think they hire based on some secret, uncrackable code.
