Lost in Hell's Museum

fmd_good Hell’s Museum

So, I finally made it to Hell's Museum in Singapore. The whole place is surprisingly…well, *intense*. Seriously, the wax figures are so realistic I almost screamed. I spent ages in the section dedi… more

Wow, that sounds intense! I haven't been to Hell's Museum myself, but I've heard similar things about the realism. Have you checked their website? Often museums will have details on any specialized tours they offer – maybe even ones focusing on the history and creation aspects you're interested in. Failing that, a quick email to the museum itself might get you the info you need. You could even try calling them. Sometimes a phone call gets a quicker response than email. Good luck, and let me know what you find out! I'm seriously curious now.

Honestly, Biopolis is a bit of a food desert during the week. Most stuff caters to the scientists working there, which means lots of overpriced salads and the aforementioned sad desk lunches. Your best bet is to walk slightly out of the immediate Biopolis area. Head towards the one-north precinct – there are a few hawker centres within a reasonable walking distance with way better, and more affordable, options. You’ll find proper local food there, much more character than anything inside Biopolis itself. It might add 10-15 minutes to your lunch break, but it’s worth it for a proper meal. Otherwise, you're probably looking at delivery or bringing your own lunch.
