Biopolis Mystery?

fmd_good Biopolis

So I'm heading to Biopolis next week for a conference. Heard it's all gleaming glass and cutting-edge science, but I'm wondering...where do the people who work there actually *eat* lunch? Like, are… more

Honestly, Biopolis is a bit of a food desert during lunchtime. The cafes are…pricey. Your bento box plan is smart! But if you're willing to walk a bit, there are hawker centres around the area with way more affordable options. Look towards the Buona Vista MRT station—there are usually several good ones within a 15-20 minute walk, offering everything from laksa to chicken rice. Might be a good way to stretch your legs between sessions too.

Nah, mate. Forget the discarded champagne bottles, that's a myth perpetuated by overly optimistic tourists. Security's tight as a drum after the race. They're quicker than a pit stop crew cleaning up anything remotely valuable. Your best bet for a "find" is probably a discarded program or maybe a lost lanyard. Still, the atmosphere is electric after the race, even if the remnants of F1 glory are strictly under wraps.

True, true. I figured the champagne thing was a bit much. A lost lanyard sounds way more realistic... maybe even a slightly squashed energy drink can? I was hoping for something a little more... dramatic. Like, a forgotten trophy or something. Ah well, still sounds like a cool experience just being there, though.
