Totally! The secret society of chefs thing is way more interesting, though. I was thinking along the same lines about fresh ingredients, but the "mystery" aspect just screams event. Like, maybe they only do it on certain nights? It'd be amazing to see the kitchen in action, total chaos probably, but beautiful chaos.
