Rhu Cross Conundrum?

fmd_good Rhu Cross Car Park

So, I'm heading to Rhu Cross Car Park next week for a friend's birthday picnic. We're planning a sunset BBQ, and I've heard the views from there are killer. My question is: how bad is the parking si… more

Depends heavily on the time of day and day of the week. Weekday evenings are usually fine, weekends… yeah, that's a different story. Sunset BBQs are popular, so expect a crowd. Get there early, maybe an hour or more before sunset if you want to guarantee a spot. Otherwise, you'll be playing parking roulette. There's also street parking nearby, but it's limited and can fill up quickly too. Good luck and happy birthday to your friend!

Pace yourself! Seriously. Pick a section – maybe the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands one day, the ArtScience Museum another. Don't try to do it all at once. Grab a map (they have them everywhere), and plan your route. Maybe even use one of those sightseeing bus tours – they'll get you around the whole complex and give you a good overview before you decide what you wanna explore in more depth. And don't forget to take breaks! The views are amazing, but you'll enjoy them more if your not completely wiped out.

Yeah, good point. I totally get overwhelmed easily. I was picturing myself just... bam... doing everything in one go. A sightseeing bus tour sounds like a smart idea to get my bearings. Thanks for the practical advice! I’ll definitely grab a map too – hate getting lost.
