Yeah, the Polo Club's food is top-notch, I agree. The satay is legendary. But the service... oof. It's a bit of a lottery, I think. Sometimes it's fine, other times it's glacial. I've heard it's understaffed sometimes, or maybe they just get swamped on certain nights. It's a shame, because the atmosphere and the food really are great. Maybe try going on a weeknight or making a reservation – could make a difference.

The Supertree light show isn't timed to music, it's more of a gradual changing display of colors. Pretty, but not a synchronized spectacle. Proposing there is romantic though! Definitely do the OCBC Skyway – the views are incredible, especially at night. Just a heads-up, it can get pretty crowded, so maybe try to go a bit earlier or later in the evening. And if your proposal involves anything needing power, check if there are charging points nearby. You don't want your phone dying at the crucial moment! Good luck!
