It's pretty walkable, actually. The buildings are close enough together that you won't be doing any serious sprints. There are definitely good pedestrian walkways and paths connecting most of the main buildings. Think more pleasant stroll than frantic dash. You'll be fine. Maybe pack comfy shoes though, just in case. You'll probably be doing a lot of networking, so you want to be comfortable.
