Yeah, Les Bouchons can be a bit of a rollercoaster. Amazing food, often chaotic service. It's a small place, so when it's busy it gets really busy. I've had both fantastic and frustrating experiences there. If you're planning another visit, definitely book well in advance – that'll probably alleviate some of the pressure on the staff, and you'll get a better table too. Maybe try going on a weeknight? The food's consistently good, though, so it's probably worth another shot.

Yeah, Seafood Paradise is always packed. It's legendary for the chili crab, but also for the wait times. Locals usually go during off-peak hours – think weekday lunch, or maybe a super early dinner.
