Totally! The food is unreal, seriously. I'd go back just for the steak frites alone. But yeah, the service thing...it's a real head-scratcher. Like, you're right, sometimes it's fantastic, other times it's... well, you described it perfectly. I'm wondering if it's management or training? Maybe they're understaffed consistently, even on slow nights? It's a shame, because the potential is SO there.
