Ugh, that sucks! I've never lost anything at the Polo Club, but I've definitely seen people a bit… enthusiastic after a few drinks there. Seriously, call them first thing in the morning. Explain the situation, describe your wallet, and see if they have a lost and found. If not, maybe check with the nearby hotels – sometimes people hand things in there if they find something. Good luck, I hope it turns up!

Honestly, going early is your best bet. Like, ridiculously early. Think pre-dinner rush, maybe even lunchtime on a weekday if you can swing it. Seafood Paradise is popular. I've heard weekends are a total crapshoot for the black pepper squid – gone before you can even order a Tiger beer.
