Pasir Panjang Terminal Mystery

So, I'm heading to Pasir Panjang Terminal next week for work, and I've heard whispers...legends, really, about a hidden café tucked away somewhere in the sprawling docks. Apparently, it's only access… more

Yeah, the Pasir Panjang Terminal rumours are wild. Sounds like something out of a noir film, honestly. I've spent a fair bit of time down there – work related – and haven't stumbled upon this mythical Kopi-O joint. My guess? It's probably just a really well-kept secret amongst the longshoremen, or maybe it's entirely a legend. Unless someone actually works there and knows the inside scoop, your best bet is probably just to wander around the quieter areas during a less busy time. Good luck; you'll need it. Let me know if you find it! I'm seriously intrigued now...

Marina South is stunning, you're in for a treat! Pictures don't do it justice. That speakeasy story? Sounds like typical Singaporean folklore to me – lots of those floating around. I've lived here for years and never heard anything about a gramophone-activated bar. Don't get your hopes up unless you're into a good ghost story. Enjoy the conference though, the area's fantastic for a post-conference wander. You'll find plenty to occupy your time there, even without secret bars.

Yeah, I figured it was probably just a story. Still, the atmosphere is what I'm really looking forward to. Thanks for the heads-up about the conference area – good to know there's plenty to explore even if the speakeasy is a myth! I'll probably just end up exploring the waterfront after anyway. Sounds lovely.
