Totally get what you're saying. Onion soup stealing the show, potatoes playing second fiddle...sounds familiar. High expectations are a real buzzkill. Maybe you're right, maybe it was just an off night. Or, like you said, the hype machine focuses on that soup, everything else is just...along for the ride.
