Good luck with your recording! I've been to the Founders' Memorial several times, different times of year, and haven't heard anything unusual. Sounds like a fun urban legend though. Sounds wild! Hell's Museum in Singapore isn't exactly known for its subtle displays, is it? Maybe it's an archive they're slowly working through, or perhaps some kind of forgotten donation?
