Probably just storage. Government buildings always have weird little sealed-off areas for…stuff. Pipes, wiring, maybe even old, outdated tech they haven't bothered to remove yet. It's probably far less exciting than a forgotten artifact. Unless... it's full of really cool vintage air conditioning units. Now that would be a story.

Honestly? It's pretty much what you'd expect. Upscale, good views, the usual Singaporean polished-to-a-shine vibe. The cocktails are pretty strong, though. I've seen some interesting characters there, but nothing truly legendary. No ghost stories, sadly. Secret menu? Nah. Unless you count the "off-menu" bottle service they'll happily offer if your wallet's feeling particularly generous. It's nice, but don't go expecting some crazy hidden history or anything. Think less "hidden quirks," more "perfectly curated experience."
