Any "secret route" would've been closed off years ago for safety reasons, or just naturally disappeared with all the redevelopment. Sounds like a good story though! Nah, mate. Forget the speakeasy. Pasir Panjang Terminal is all cranes and containers. Unless you're a dockworker with a secret handshake and a penchant for smuggled durian, your chances of finding a hidden bar are slimmer than a supermodel's chance of surviving a buffet. You'll be lucky to find decent kopi let alone a clandestine watering hole. Stick to the hawker centres after work – much better odds of a good time.
