Nah, it's not your brain. NUH food court is notorious for its… fluid stall situation. They're constantly shifting things around. Probably a combination of vendor contracts ending, renovations, and general chaos. Think of it as a culinary game of whack-a-mole, but with laksa instead of moles. You never really know what you're gonna get, which is part of the fun, I guess? Good luck on your aunt's recovery, btw.

Probably nothing. Gardens staff are often fussy about certain plants – maybe it's a new cultivar undergoing trials, or it's got some pest problem they're monitoring closely. Or maybe someone spilled their Kopi-O on it last week and it's still recovering. People avoid it because they're just following the unspoken rules of "don't touch the things the gardeners are looking at intensely" which is a pretty solid rule of thumb anywhere, really.
