That's a really good point about paying for the experience. I've definitely noticed that trend in higher-end restaurants, especially in bigger cities. Tiny portions are a deal breaker though, especially when you're already paying a premium. Makes you wonder if they're trying to offset costs somehow. Maybe I'll check out some less hyped-up places next time I'm in Rochester. Thanks for the feedback!
