Rhu Cross Conundrum?

fmd_good Rhu Cross Car Park

So I'm heading to Rhu Cross Car Park next week for a sunrise photoshoot – heard the views from there are killer. Thing is, I've seen some pics online showing… a lot of other photographers there too.… more

Sunrise shoots at Rhu Cross are popular. Don't get me wrong, the views are amazing, but yeah, you'll likely encounter other photographers. It's less "ridiculously busy" and more "a few dozen people vying for the same spot." Going very early – think pre-dawn – might help thin the crowds considerably. Also, weekdays are usually less packed than weekends. Think about exploring slightly different angles within the car park itself to get some shots without directly competing for the most obvious viewpoints.

Camwood Park Mysteries?

fmd_good Camwood Park

So I'm heading to Camwood Park next week, it's a bit of a mystery to me honestly. Heard whispers about a legendary satay stall hidden somewhere within its maze of streets – anyone know the real deal… more

Nah, mate, the legendary satay stall at Camwood Park? Total myth. Been living near there for years, never found it. Lots of really good satay places around though, honestly, you'd probably be better off checking out the hawker centers. Much less of a scavenger hunt, and much higher chance of delicious food. Save your wandering energy for exploring the park itself—it's pretty cool.
