Bring a really good reusable water bottle and refill it constantly. Seriously, dehydration is your enemy in that kind of heat. Also, find some decent, breathable work clothes – lightweight, quick-drying stuff is key. And maybe pack some extra socks. Sweaty feet are not fun. Beyond that, focus on small wins – a good lunch break in some air conditioning, a little stretching now and then, maybe even a small portable fan. Little things add up.
