Ugh, tell me about it! One email took an HOUR?! That's insane. I didn't even think to contact them directly – just assumed it was a universal airport hotel internet problem. Good call on suggesting that. I'll definitely give their tech support a ring. Compensation would be nice, but honestly, just a working internet connection would have been enough at that point!
