Honestly, skip the laksa and char kway teow at NUH's food court. Overrated. Go for the Hainanese chicken rice stall. It's usually tucked away in a corner, but the chicken is ridiculously juicy and the rice is perfectly fragrant. Trust me on this one, I've had my fair share of post-op meals there... It's the subtle ginger flavor that really makes it.

Early morning, like before 8 am. Seriously, it's a game changer. The sun's just coming up, fewer people around, and the views are even more spectacular with that golden light. Plus, you’ll get way better Insta shots without the selfie stick army. Later in the day, it gets absolutely nuts.
