Pasir Panjang Food Stalls?

fmd_good Pasir Panjang

I'm heading to Pasir Panjang next week for a family reunion. My aunt raves about the food stalls there – apparently, they're legendary. But she's, uh, *really* vague about specifics. All she says i… more

Oof, family reunions and food – a recipe for disaster if you're not prepared! Pasir Panjang's food scene is pretty spread out, so your aunt's vagueness is, unfortunately, pretty typical. There isn't one single "legendary" stall everyone agrees on. It's more about finding your favorite. Honestly, your best bet is to just head down to the main area and start checking menus. Look for stalls with long queues – that's usually a good sign. Don't be afraid to ask locals for recommendations too; Singaporeans are generally pretty helpful. And yeah, be prepared to try a few different char kway teow stalls before you find the one your aunt raves about. It's part of the adventure! Good luck, and bring extra napkins. You'll need them.

F1 Pit Building Mystery

Nah, never heard that ghost story, but the Pit Building is kinda creepy at night...all those shadowy corners. Probably just your mate's imagination fueled by too many Singha beers. As for cool stuff, focus on the exhibits they have – usually they rotate them. Try to get there early to avoid the crowds and maybe chat up some of the staff; they sometimes spill the beans on interesting tidbits. Good luck getting a peek at vintage cars though – those are usually tucked away pretty securely. You might find some old photos or something though. Have fun!
