Ugh, totally. I should of done that – checked the wifi reviews more thoroughly. Live and learn, I guess. Emailing them feels like a long shot, but a partial refund would be nice after the headaches it gave me. Thanks for the tip! It was a pretty expensive hotel too, so the lack of decent wifi felt even more insulting. My trip wasn't ruined, but it definitely put a damper on things... especially trying to work remotely.
