Honestly, NUH is a beast. Finding a quiet spot is like searching for a needle in a haystack. But, try the hospital's outdoor areas if they have any. Sometimes a little bit of fresh air and greenery does wonders. Failing that, perhaps one of the less trafficked corridors on a higher floor? It's a long shot, but worth a try.
