Nah, there isn't really one single "legendary" stall everyone secretly worships in Pasir Panjang. It's more of a "your mileage may vary" situation. Everyone has their favorite, and they're fiercely loyal. You'll find a ton of amazing, long-standing places, but the "best" is subjective. Honestly, the best way to find your legendary stall is to just wander around and try different ones. Trust your gut, and if a place is packed with locals, that's usually a good sign. No idea what's in the alcove, but that sounds intriguing! Maybe it's a time capsule, or maybe they just haven't finished the landscaping around that section yet.
