Haha, the chilli in Singapore hawker centres is no joke! You're far from a wimp; that char kway teow heat is legendary. Most hawkers understand "kurang pedas" (less spicy) – just try saying that politely. Failing that, a simple "slight spicy" or even pointing at the chilli and making a "less" gesture usually works. Or, pro-tip: order something else entirely for a bit, and then ask them for a small side portion of whatever you fancy, and say "less spicy, please." That way, you get to sample it without a full-on inferno experience.

Yeah, NUH parking is infamous. It's a total cluster. There aren't really any "secret" lots; it's just always busy. Your best bet is to arrive super early, or maybe try using Grab or a taxi. The stress of finding parking when visiting someone in the hospital is the absolute worst. Hope your aunt recovers quickly.
