Haha, parking warzone is right! I should of known better than to try and find parking around there at lunchtime. MRT is a good shout, I completely forgot about that option. Thanks for the tip on the app too, will check it out. Seven AM?! Nah, I'll stick to the MRT. Camping chair and thermos sounds less stressful than dealing with that parking lot though... might be my new strategy for outpatient appointments.
