Camwood Park Mysteries?

fmd_good Camwood Park

So, I'm heading to Camwood Park next week. My aunt lives nearby and swears there's a whole underground network of secret trails and hidden little spots the locals know about but never talk about. S… more

Nah, your aunt's not pulling your leg. Camwood Park is old. Seriously old. There are definitely some less-traveled paths – I've stumbled on some myself while running. They're not exactly "secret," more like…overgrown and not on any official map. Think less Indiana Jones, more "slightly overgrown and potentially muddy." The black pepper prawns? Oh man, that's the stuff of legend. I've heard whispers, but never actually seen it on a menu. It's supposedly only for regulars, or if you're lucky enough to get a server who remembers it. Your birthday trip...go for it. The chili crab is amazing, don't get me wrong, but if you want something truly unique and memorable for your birthday, roll the dice on the black pepper prawns. Worst case scenario? You still have amazing chili crab. Best case? You discover a hidden seafood masterpiece. Worth a shot, I say.
