Totally get that. I had a 5 AM flight once and almost missed it because of that shuttle. "Frequent" is an understatement – more like "occasionally appears." I ended up flagging down a cab, which cost a fortune. Next time, I'm booking a Grab ahead of time, no question. Compact rooms are one thing, but unreliable transport is a dealbreaker.
