Yeah, Rhu Cross parking on a Saturday is brutal. Aim for ridiculously early – like, before 7 am early. Seriously. Even then, you might still have to do a few loops. Bus is definitely a less stressful option, especially if you're not hardcore about starting precisely at a certain time. The hike itself is worth it though, so don't let the parking situation deter you entirely!

Think of it less as a hidden gem and more of a reliably good, slightly overpriced, pretty restaurant. If you’re celebrating something and want a nice night out, go for it.
