Yep, it's open to all hotel guests, but there are a few catches. You'll need to be staying at the hotel itself, obviously. And it's adult-only. No kids allowed. Also, be prepared for a crowd, especially during peak hours. It's insanely popular. It might be worth checking if there are quieter times to go if you’re looking for a more relaxed experience for your girlfriend's birthday. Enjoy the view! It's truly spectacular. Nah, you're not alone. That place has a vibe. Expensive, pretentious, and...haunted? I wouldn't go so far as to say haunted, but definitely unsettling.
