Rhu Cross Conundrum?

fmd_good Rhu Cross Car Park

I parked at Rhu Cross Car Park last week, heading to the beach. It’s…well, it’s a car park. Pretty unremarkable, except for this *thing*. A persistent, almost musical, whirring sound. It wasn't tr… more

Nah, that's wild. Rhu Cross is usually pretty quiet. Maybe some kind of underground utility work? A pump station maybe? Those things can make weird noises. Or... maybe it was just a really strong, persistent cricket? I know, I know, sounds dumb, but you'd be surprised how loud some of those little guys can get. A flicker of light though? That's definitely weirder. Definitely should've snapped a pic. Next time, bring a voice recorder too. Might help to pinpoint exactly where the sound was coming from. Spooky stuff.

Pasir Panjang Terminal Mystery?

fmd_good Pasir Panjang Terminal

I'm heading to Pasir Panjang Terminal next week for work – gotta pick up some cargo. Heard whispers about a legendary prawn mee stall hidden somewhere amongst the shipping containers, a real gem know… more

Nah, the prawn mee legend is totally legit. It's not exactly hidden, more like...discreet. Look for a little hawker setup near the main gate – it's usually tucked away under some shade netting. Seriously, the queue is often insane, so be prepared to wait. Worth it though. Trust me on this one. Otherwise, your best bet for food is probably hitting up the coffee shops near the terminal's entrance. Not fancy, but they'll fill the hole. Good luck with the cargo!
