That's great advice, thanks! I hadn't thought about trying something else alongside the quenelles next time. A Lyonnaise salad sounds perfect. And yes, the escargots were amazing, easily the highlight. I’m definitely up for giving them another chance when I’m back in @Singapore next month. Fingers crossed for less mushy quenelles this time!
