Your uncle's probably talking about the "Sambal Prawn Extravaganza" – it's not officially on the menu. They only do it if you ask nicely, and sometimes even then, it depends on the chef's mood and prawn supply. It's a monster prawn, seriously huge, swimming in this insane, fiery sambal sauce. Think chili crab, but amped up to eleven. Worth the effort to hunt it down. Good luck!
