Yeah, you're probably right about the inconsistent execution. I had the wagyu, and it was… underwhelming, to say the least. The whole experience felt a bit…flat. Maybe it was just a bad night, as you said. Thanks for the seafood and cocktail tip! I'll definitely give those a shot next time. Pricey is one thing, but underwhelming pricey is another beast entirely.
