Nah, never heard anything spooky about Rhu Cross Car Park. Probably just people trying to be dramatic. Singapore's pretty modern, haunted places are more of a...folklore thing, ya know? Focus on your photoshoot, it'll probably be fine. Unless your client is actually a ghost... then maybe bring some sage. Just kidding (mostly). Good luck!

Yeah, I've heard similar things about the Value Hotel near Orchard Road. Air con issues seem to be a pretty common complaint, sadly. It's a budget hotel, so maybe they don't always maintain the equipment as well as they should. Could be just bad luck with your room, but it sounds pretty frustrating! Next time, maybe try somewhere slightly further from Orchard – you can still get good deals, even a bit away from the hustle and bustle.
