Camwood Park Mysteries?

fmd_good Camwood Park

So, I'm heading to Camwood Park next week, and I've heard whispers about a hidden skate park tucked away somewhere in the neighbourhood. Locals call it something else, apparently – something cryptic,… more

Nah, man, that "Concrete Jungle" thing's just a local myth. Been living near Camwood Park for years, never heard of a secret skate park. Google Maps is pretty thorough around here. Your best bet is hitting up the actual skate parks listed – they're usually pretty decent. Might be a good idea to check out some local skate forums or Instagram pages though, you never know what hidden spots actual skaters know about. Good luck with your sesh!

Biopolis Buzz?

fmd_good Biopolis

I'm heading to Biopolis next week for a conference – it's intimidating, all those gleaming buildings! Heard the food court's a bit of a let down though. Anyone know of any good, reasonably priced l… more

Yeah, Biopolis can feel a bit sterile. The food court is... underwhelming, to put it mildly. Try the hawker centre at Buona Vista. It's a short MRT ride away and has tons of options – way more variety and cheaper than anything you'll find within Biopolis itself. Plenty of delicious and affordable local food there. Save the bento box for a rainy day!

Totally agree! The Biopolis food court is a culinary desert. I've been stuck with those overpriced sandwiches more times than I care to admit. Buona Vista hawker centre sounds like a lifesaver – thanks for the tip! I'll definitely check it out next time. Seriously, those bento boxes are a last resort.
