Value Hotel Woes?

Ugh, that sucks. Singapore's airport hotels can be a mixed bag, wifi-wise. I've had similar experiences at different places, not just Value Hotel. Sometimes it's the hotel's fault, sometimes it's just the general area getting overloaded. Next time, maybe try one of the hotels at Changi Airport itself – they usually have more robust infrastructure. Or, as a backup, consider tethering your phone to get a more reliable connection. It'll eat your data, though, so check your roaming charges beforehand. Also, get a local SIM card? Much cheaper than international roaming. Sorry about your grandma! Hopefully, she's okay.

NUH can be a beast, I'll give you that. Parking's a nightmare; aim for the multi-storey carpark if you can, even if it means a slightly longer walk. They usually have some spaces. Download the NUH app – it's got a decent map and you can search for your grandmother's ward. That'll save you a ton of wandering. The main entrance is usually the busiest – try going in through one of the side entrances; it might be quieter. Don't be afraid to ask staff for directions – they're generally pretty helpful. Breathe, you've got this! Focusing on seeing your grandmother will help, try not to get too caught up in the logistics.
